Trainee Selection & Admission Process
Step 1
Assessment Test
Applicants undergo an online initial assessment to evaluate their aptitude and readiness for the program.

Merit List
Candidates are shortlisted based on their test performance, ensuring fair and transparent selection.
Step 3
Desktop & Internet
Selected trainees will be given desktops along with free 6 month internet to start their learning.
Step 4
Instructor Led Online Class
Become part of an online class where you will learn 480 hours of specialized skills that will help you to be a digital entrepreneur.

Online Test After Classes
A structured online evaluation to test knowledge retention and readiness for real-world applications.

Eligibility criteria:
- Women from rural districts of Punjab
- At least 16 years of education
- Age: 21 – 40
How are rural women classified?
PSDF utilizes the Urban Unit’s demarcation through their proprietary GIS mapping tool.
How will applicants know if they are eligible?
Applicants will get notified about their verification (rural, location, documentation, age) within a month of applying.
When will applicants know about their test?
Within 2-4 weeks of rural verification.
How is the training conducted?
This is an online, instructor-led home-based training delivered through a Learning Management System (LMS). Sessions tentatively run from Monday to Friday
Can trainees complete the training at their own pace?
No, they must follow the structured schedule in real time and maintain 80% attendance.
Will trainees receive a certificate after program completion?
Yes, trainees who successfully complete the training will receive a certification.
Can trainees continue their regular job or studies while taking this training?
Managing other endeavours can be challenging as the program requires full-time commitment during training hours.
Hence, trainees must keep their schedule as free as possible to meet attendance and performance requirements.
