Management Associate Program Design

You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created

PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab and other districts of Sindh, Balochistan & KPK. PSDF has trained almost 600,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250+ demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 8 sectors.

The Management Associate – Program Design will assist in managing Program, Data Analysis, application coordination, data management, complaint tracking and resolution, and coordination with relevant stakeholders and internal departments.

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to

• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including training providers, and implementation partners to support effective program execution
• Assist in the refinement and improvement of program processes, policies, operational guidelines, and service delivery mechanisms based on stakeholder feedback and implementation learnings.
• Support the preparation of concept notes, presentations, meeting minutes, reports, briefs, and other program-related documentation
• Development of TORS and assisting AM Program Design for all new Initiatives and outsourcing of tasks to Third Parties.
• Liaison with internal & external partners regarding R&D and other segment analysis.
• Assist AM Program Design in any other activities, duties and responsibilities assigned to him/her from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Honors), in Management / Social Sciences, or equivalent from HEC-recognized/ accredited university.
• Minimum 0-1 years of relevant experience
