Die Casting Machine Operator

Overview

This course will allow the trainees to understand the basics of die components, die casting machines and manufacturing.

In this course you will learn about the critical aspects needed for success in your job such as understanding complete process flow of the die casting cycle,  basic quality related concepts such as 5S, Kaizen and their implementation.

Training Outcome

After completing this course you will be able to understand the basics of die components and their manufacturing, understand engineering drawings and have the ability to organize the setup of die casting machines. You will also be familiarized with the structure and components of die casting machines, develop basic understanding of melting furnaces, understand quality defects in die casting parts and develop an understanding around purification of melted metals.
