Training Outcome

After completion of this course you will know the PPC essentials, recognize production capacity, reorganize and allocate available capabilities, confirm customers’ orders/bookings, prepare master production plan, plan materials requirement and implement basic strategies for the development of a production plan. You will also have learnt how to maintain the lowest possible level of material inventories (control), control production (work in process) and prepare production execution plans. The course will also teach you how to plan outsourced activities and strategies to remove bottlenecks, learn controlling techniques – to track actual performance through monitoring plans. In addition you will gain necessary soft skills such as professionalism, work ethic as well as occupational health and safety (OHAS) awareness.
