Training Outcome

On successful completion of this course, the trainee will be able to monitor raw material supplied for chocolate manufacturing process, identify all processes and quality parameters, complete work in a team, distinguish different types of materials, assess faults by feel or looking at material, identify the cause of stoppages / breakages on machine and understand the good and bad practices during chocolate manufacturing.
