What you will learn

In this course you will learn how to understand basic drawings and sketches, and gain knowledge of different types of scaffolding, fittings, materials and their uses. You will also learn proper safety precautions to be used when working with hand tools as well as other equipment and machine tools.

Training Outcome

After completing this course, you will be able to use common working hand tools such as cutting and chiseling tools for measuring and tightening and learn about their use and maintenance. You will also be able to prepare scaffolding materials to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding, as well as calculate the scaffolding required on site.
