Overview

Microwave technicians specialise in repair and maintenance of microwave ovens, learning to install, test and commission electrical parts

What you will learn

In this course you will be given an introduction to computers and basic properties of electricity and electronics, as well as learning about telecommunication fundamentals, data communication, modulation techniques, and antennas multiplexing/de-multiplexing. You will also learn how to conduct a microwave communications overview, along with handling communication equipment and digital microwaves.
