In this course you will learn about the use of cutting tools efficiently & effectively (Hacksaw, Files, Drills, and Taps etc.) , the use of measuring hand tools effectively & accurately. You will also be able to disassemble and assemble the diesel engine in to sub-assemblies, disassemble and assemble the cylinder head and take its measurements, disassemble and assemble the crankshaft, rocker arm and valve mechanism, disassemble and assemble the connecting rod, piston, piston rings of tractor and take their measurements including cylinder bore, the cooling system i.e. radiator, water pump, thermostat etc, remove and re-fix the clutch plates and make its adjustments and inspect and maintain the power train of (torque convertor, gear box, Variable Constant Transmission, propeller shaft and differential).
