CNC Programmer

Overview

This course will equip trainees with all the necessary skills and knowledge about using CAD and CAM and operating CNC machines.

What you will learn

This course will focus on CNC (Manual, Software Programming) by using CAD and CAM simulation/integration/operations/applications like Boxford/Edge-CAM/Del-CAM/Power Mill/Hyper Mill/Pro E/Catia (as per available conditions) etc for better, efficient and fast product design and development.

Training Outcome

After the successful completion of this course, you will be able to apply the formulas of functional mathematics, demonstrate basic machine shop operations, design/compose manual CNC program, manipulate CNC software programming, convert CAD to CAM and simulate/integrate sequence of operations, run and operate CNC machine (lathe or milling) and design products by using manual/auto programming tools.
