Our purpose-You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created-PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab. PSDF has trained almost 300,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab, which includes 180,000+ male and 110,000+ female graduates. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250 demand-driven and market relevant trades across 10 sectors.

How the Role looks like

The Reporting Assistant is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely reporting of data with in PSDF and external stakeholders. This role involves assisting supervisor in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in a clear and concise manner to facilitate data-driven decisions.

  1. The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to
  2. Validate and clean data to maintain data integrity and reliability.
  3. Prepare routine data reports and assist supervisor in developing dashboards using reporting tools.
  4. Customize reports based on specific departmental or management requirements.
  5. Assist in developing presentation and monitoring reports.
  6. Assist in preparation of field visit plan and data collection tools and their deployment at Kobo collect, ODK, google/Microsoft forms etc.
  7. Assist in preparing field monitoring reports through data collected via monitoring tools.
  8. Maintain trainee stipend related information and share with M&C team for onward submission to call center for complaint resolution.
  9. Assist Key Account Managers in resolving the complaints received through various portals.
  10. Assist in planning & preparation of M&E orientation sessions/meetings with stakeholders.
  11. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Are you the right fit for this Job?

To apply, you must have:

  1. Intermediate / Bachelor’s in any discipline from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
  2. 0-1 year of experience.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems will be preferred.

The required experience for this role requires you to have:

  1. Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
  2. Computer skills (excel, word, etc.)
