Management Associate Monitoring & Evaluation

PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created-PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab. PSDF has trained almost 300,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab, which includes 180,000+ male and 110,000+ female graduates. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250 demand-driven and market relevant trades across 10 sectors.

The position will work closely with the Training Service Providers to ensure the smooth execution of the contract.
The position will also provide support in data management, reporting and data verification. This position will also provide the support in conducting monitoring field visits.

The main opportunities and challenges for this role are to:

1. Assist in implementing the monitoring and evaluation framework for PSDF.
2. Coordination with different stakeholders and Training Service Providers (TSPs) to ensure effective contract management.
3. Timely complaint resolution in CRM.
4. Support data entry team for NADRA, DAE and Employment verifications.
5. Conduct field visits, as and when required and present findings and reports to management.
6. Assist supervisor in consolidating and reporting the data towards M&E indicators for reports and presentations.
7. Ensure data cleansing, reviewing the BSS / AMS Reports on set time intervals to ensure data integrity.
8. Coordinate with Third-Party Stipend Disbursement Firm and maintain the monthly stipend disbursement record.
9. Assist supervisor in new initiatives and development of change requests for the improvement of systems.
10. Assist supervisor in any other activities, duties and responsibilities assigned to him.

The main accountabilities for this role include:

1. Contract Management of Training Service Providers
2. Overall Data cleaning and review the AMS reports.
3. Ensure the NADRA, Employment, DAE, and data verifications.
4. Conduct Filed Monitoring Visits
5. Testing of newly developed systems

To apply, you must have:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Economics / Marketing / Social Sciences or any relevant / similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university
2. 0 -1 year of experience

The required experience for this role requires you to have:

1. Good Knowledge of MS office, particularly MS Excel.
2. Understanding of data quality and data management
3. Good knowledge of program monitoring techniques
4. Good communication Skills
