Management Associate (ERP)

Our purpose-You will be part of the largest skills development fund in Pakistan. PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created-PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab. PSDF has trained almost 300,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab, which includes 180,000+ male and 110,000+ female graduates. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250 demand-driven and market relevant trades across 10 sectors.

The primary job responsibilities for this role that will be carried out are:

1. Analysis of the requests transforms them into an abstract and algorithmic business model.
2. Identifies the use cases and transforms them into logical and technical views.
3. Coordinate with SAP Support Consultants for Issues and Integration requirements.
4. Provide technical support to ERP users in the organization.
5. Understanding of SAP Integration with other business applications. (BSS)
6. Collaborating with Business Teams to identify their requirements and specifications

The major opportunities and challenges for this role are:

1. Maximize the productivity / Performance of IT ERP Application / Custom Developed Software / Web Portals to ensure all the IT projects are properly developed.
2. Writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors.
3. Adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
4. Directing system testing and validation procedures, and working with departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.

To apply, you must have:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Computer Science, or any relevant / similar degree from an HEC-recognized / accredited university.
2. 0 -1 year of experience.
3. Experience in ERP, SAP B1 with training, hands-on development and customization will be preferred.

To perform effectively as Management Associate ERP, the functional requirements are:

1. Understanding and Administration of ERP (SAP B1)
2. Knowledge of SAP Payroll & HCM Addon Management and reporting
3. Knowledge of Crystal Reports tools and its integration with SAP
4. Alert & Approval Management in SAP
5. Knowledge of User management their authorization module in SAP
6. Knowledge and creation of PLDs, FMS, UDOs, UDFs in SAP.
7. Knowledge about the business process, and design business flows.
8. Understanding to Business Function (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory Management, Fixed Asset module, Business partner master data)
9. Understanding to PSDF Procurement Rules (Program and non-program)
