PSDF’s purpose is to shape the future and well-being of our poor and vulnerable youth by giving them access to skills training of the highest standard so they can find sustainable employment and income-generating opportunities in Pakistan and beyond.

The impact we have created

PSDF started its operations in the 4 poorest districts of Punjab. Since 2016, the geographical remit has expanded to the entire 36 districts of Punjab and other districts of Sindh, Balochistan & KPK. PSDF has trained almost 600,000 underprivileged youth across Punjab. These graduates have been trained in approximately 250+ demand-driven and market-relevant trades across 8 sectors.

This position is responsible for reporting of ongoing programs as per design and approvals, new program proposals and execution of new initiatives in line with department overall objective.

The primary job responsibilities for this role will be to:

1. Undertake examine, collect, and analyse data of all existing programs / schemes.
2. Assist in development of new program proposals an design.
3. Bridge between program design and program operations team for better execution strategy.
4. Act like a project management office for better execution of all programs and proactively resolve program design related issues in consultation with CPO.
5. Maintain live program design dashboard in coordination with IT team.
6. Assist CPO on all program related activities.

The main accountabilities for this role include:

1. 100% data accuracy and availability of PD dashboard.
2. Data analysis and required work for execution of programs.
3. Assistance in development of programs.
4. Assistance in the new initiative necessary for improvement of quality skills training.

To apply, you must have:

1. Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration/ Economics/ Social Sciences or a relevant/ similar discipline from an HEC recognized/ accredited university.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant / similar field.
