What you will learn

In this course you will learn about hygiene and cleanliness, daily activities, place, restaurant maintenance, setup of the restaurant, setting of side station, as well as receiving, greeting, seating customers. You will also learn about order taking, serving of food item(s), serving of beverage(s), complaint handling, and menu planning, and will learn how to manage documentation, focus on training development, and inter-departmental communication and financials of the restaurant.
